Absolutely! You can donate or become a covidCAREgroup member from anywhere in the world. 100% of your membership fees and donations support the covidCAREgroup website, global education, research, & outreach initiatives.

Can you answer questions regarding COVID-19 or my Long COVID symptoms?

COVID Care Group, LLC and the volunteer staff supporting covidCAREgroup.org do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What can I do if I have a problem with the CCG website?

Here are some basic troubleshooting resources that may help:

  • If you cannot remember your password, or your password doesn’t seem to work, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the sign-in pop-up, or click here. You will be prompted for your email, and a password reset link will be sent to that address. You must have already signed up for a CCG membership for the password reset to work.

How do I cancel my CCG Membership?

Once your annual CCG membership is processed it cannot be refunded. Your membership will automatically renew in 12 months unless you cancel your membership by updating your CCG profile here: https://www.covidcaregroup.org/account.

Memberships are valid for one year, at which time the membership will be automatically renewed unless you cancel your membership here: https://www.covidcaregroup.org/account.
